Terms of Service for KJD Photography Collections

Welcome to KJD Photography's Collections. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with the following terms of service. Please read them carefully:

1. Access to Collections

1.1. Access to the collections is granted solely for personal viewing, downloading, and purchasing of images.

2. Ownership and Copyright

2.1. All images are the exclusive property of KJD Photography and are protected by copyright laws.
2.2. The purchase of digital files or prints does not transfer copyright ownership.
2.3. Images may not be edited, altered, or modified without prior written consent from KJD Photography.

3. Image Licensing

3.1. Purchased digital files include a limited-use license for personal purposes only.
3.2. For commercial usage, additional licensing agreements must be arranged.

4. Payments and Orders

4.1. All sales are final once payment is completed.
4.2. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

5. Expiration of Collections

5.1. Collections will remain available for a specified period, after which access may be revoked without prior notice.
5.2. It is the client’s responsibility to download and secure images within the availability period.

6. Privacy

6.1. KJD Photography respects your privacy. Personal information provided during transactions will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Liability

7.1. KJD Photography will not be held liable for any technical issues or interruptions that may temporarily affect access to collections.
7.2. KJD Photography reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

8. Amendments

8.1. KJD Photography reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
